We are excited to introduce you to our first career development training cohort, funded through the Texas Workforce Commission’s Lone Star Workforce of the Future grant and the generosity of our donors and sponsors. This group of participants will be individually selected, based on their measured and predicted desire and capacity to work as full-stack software developers. They will receive life-changing financial literacy, personal accountability, and growth mindset activation, empowering them with the desire, competency, and confidence to become a consistent top performer. They will complete courses in front- and back-end software development and artificial intelligence, and will earn certifications qualifying them for the most challenging roles in your organization.
