We are excited to introduce you to our first Lone Star Workforce of the Future cohort. This group of participants was individually selected from a pool of hundreds, based on their validated desire and capacity to work as full-stack software developers. Through our workshop they received life-changing financial literacy, personal accountability, and growth mindset activation, empowering them with the desire, competency, and confidence to become consistent top performers. After completing courses in front- and back-end software development and artificial intelligence, they are finalizing their certification, qualifying them for the most challenging roles in your organization
