An apprentice's schedule and support
With your company, apprentices receive:
- On-the-job training – 4 days per week
- Work on company assignments
- Workplace advisor (manager) at your company that:
- Onboards the apprentice into your team

- Provides support and guidance
Through Kosmos Workforce + OpenClassrooms, apprentices receive:
- Off-the-job training – 1 day per week
- 100% online technical instruction
- Project-based learning
- An OpenClassrooms mentor (in-field expert) that:
- Host weekly one-to-one sessions
- Helps apprentice acquire the skills your business needs
- Provides the apprentice with guidance and feedback through the duration of the program
